    NTU - Lucky Draw Winners & Terms and Conditions




    1. NTU graduates from the Class of 2024; NTU Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine graduates from the Class of 2023 are invited to participate in the online survey. Graduates who return hard copies of the completed survey form are also eligible for the lucky draw.

    2. Each eligible participant will only be allowed to submit one completed survey form. NTU reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the Lucky Draw with incomplete survey form.

    3. Participants who complete and return the survey form on or before 22 November 2024 will be eligible for the Early Bird Draw.

    4. All other participants will be awarded one chance to participate in the Lucky Draw when they complete and return the survey form on or before 15 January 2025.

    5. The Lucky Draw will be carried out in April 2025. Winners will be notified by email and/or post. All prize winners must produce their Identity Card and other personal details (on request) for identification/verification to claim their prizes.

    6. Any unclaimed prizes 30 days after the date of notification shall be deemed forfeited. Any further extension of the prize collection period will be at the sole discretion of NTU. All winners will be notified by email and/or post of any changes.

    7. NTU will be contacting all prize winners with further details.

    8. NTU reserves the right to replace the prizes with items of similar value.

    9. NTU's decision on all matters relating to the Lucky Draw is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

    10. All winners will be contacted by NTU with further details pertaining to the collection of prizes.
