NTU - Lucky Draw Winners & Terms and Conditions

NTU graduates from the Class of 2023; NTU Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine graduates
from the Class of 2022 are invited to participate in the online survey. Graduates who return hard copies of the
completed survey form are also eligible for the lucky draw.

Each eligible participant will only be allowed to submit one completed survey form. NTU reserves the right to disqualify
any participant from the Lucky Draw with incomplete survey form.

Participants who complete and return the survey form on or before 15 November 2023 will be awarded three chances to
participate in the Lucky Draw.

All other participants will be awarded one chance to participate in the Lucky Draw when they complete and return the
survey form on or before 15 January 2024.

The Lucky Draw will be carried out in April 2024. Winners will be notified by email and/or post. All prize winners must
produce their Identity Card and other personal details (on request) for identification/verification to claim their
prizes.

Any unclaimed prizes 30 days after the date of notification shall be deemed forfeited. Any further extension of the
prize collection period will be at the sole discretion of NTU. All winners will be notified by email and/or post of any
changes.

NTU will be contacting all prize winners with further details.

NUS - Lucky Draw Winners & Terms and Conditions

NUS graduates from the Class of 2023; NUS Law, Medicine and Pharmacy graduates from the Class of 2022 and NUS
Architecture graduates from the Class of 2020 are invited to participate in the online survey. Graduates who return hard
