Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions
- NTU, NUS, SMU and SUSS graduates from the Class of 2019; NTU Lee Kong
Chian School of Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine graduates from
the Class of 2018; NUS Law, Medicine and Pharmacy graduates from the Class
of 2018; NUS Architecture graduates from the Class of 2016 and SMU Law
graduates from the Class of 2018 are invited to participate in the online
survey. Graduates who return hard copies of the completed survey form are
also eligible for the lucky draw.
- Each eligible participant will only be allowed to submit one completed
survey form. Individually, NTU, NUS, SMU and SUSS reserves the right to
disqualify any participant from the Lucky Draw with incomplete survey form.
- Participants who complete and return the survey form on or before 15 November
2019 will be awarded three chances to participate in the Lucky Draw.
- All other participants will be awarded one chance to participate in the
Lucky Draw when they complete and return the survey form on or before 15
January 2020.
- The Lucky Draw will be carried out in April 2020. Winners will be notified
by email and/or post. All prize winners must produce their Identity Card
and other personal details (on request) for identification/verification
to claim their prizes.
- Any unclaimed prizes 30 days after the date of notification shall be deemed
forfeited.
- NTU, NUS, SMU and SUSS reserve the right to replace the prizes with items
of similar value.
- NTU, NUS, SMU and SUSS' decision on all matters relating to the Lucky
Draw is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

- SIT graduates from the Class of 2019 who completed their course of study
between October 2018 to September 2019, are invited to participate in the
online survey. Graduates who return hard copies of the completed survey
form are also eligible for the lucky draw.
- Each eligible participant will only be allowed to submit one completed
survey form. SIT reserves the right to disqualify any participant from
the Lucky Draw with incomplete survey form.
- Participants who complete and return the survey form on or before 15 March
2020 will be awarded three chances to participate in the Lucky Draw.
- All other participants will be awarded one chance to participate in the
Lucky Draw when they complete and return the survey form on or before 14
May 2020.
- The Lucky Draw will be carried out in June 2020. Winners will be notified
by email and/or post. All prize winners must produce their Identity Card
and other personal details (on request) for identification/verification
to claim their prizes.
- Any unclaimed prizes 30 days after the date of notification shall be deemed
forfeited.
- SIT reserves the right to replace the prizes with items of similar value.
- SIT's decision on all matters relating to the Lucky Draw is final
and no correspondence will be entertained.

- SUTD graduates from the Class of 2019; and Architecture and Sustainable
Design (ASD) graduates from the Class of 2016 are invited to participate
in the online survey. Graduates who return hard copies of the completed
survey form are also eligible for the lucky draw.
- Each eligible participant will only be allowed to submit one completed
survey form. SUTD reserves the right to disqualify any participant from
the Lucky Draw with incomplete survey form.
- Participants who complete and return the survey form on or before 25 February
2020 will be awarded three chances to participate in the Lucky Draw.
- All other participants will be awarded one chance to participate in the
Lucky Draw when they complete and return the survey form on or before 6
March 2020.
- The Lucky Draw will be carried out in April 2020. Winners will be notified
by email and/or post. All prize winners must produce their Identity Card
and other personal details (on request) for identification/verification
to claim their prizes.
- Any unclaimed prizes 30 days after the date of notification shall be deemed
forfeited.
- SUTD reserves the right to replace the prizes with items of similar value.
- SUTD's decision on all matters relating to the Lucky Draw is final
and no correspondence will be entertained.
